This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Facilitate the adoption, renewal, and usage of Dataminr products among customers in the EMEA region.
• Develop strategies to encourage account expansion within Private Sector clients.
• Create and execute scalable programs that effectively incorporate Pulse into customer workflows.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships within your account portfolio through capability briefings, product demonstrations, training sessions, and regular check-ins.
• Act as a Cyber platform authority, ensuring that customer interactions align with organizational objectives and yield positive results.
• Gather customer insights and communicate recommendations for Cyber Defence product enhancements to engineering and product teams.
• Utilize data-driven metrics and reporting to identify and proactively address risks and opportunities that influence retention and growth.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer success or account management within enterprise software or SaaS, focusing on corporate accounts.
• Understanding and/or experience with publicly accessible information and the real-time alerting requirements of Private Sector organizations.
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex concepts both orally and in writing to a diverse audience, including both technical and non-technical customers.
• Strong sense of accountability with the capability to independently manage multiple competing projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
