Customer Success Analyst, People with Disabilities – PWD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships with assigned accounts across various business lines;

• Enhance customer success throughout their journey by actively engaging with Clicksign teams, identifying opportunities for growth, and minimizing churn risks;

• Track and support customer satisfaction, metrics, engagement, and retention across the customer portfolio using available tools, suggesting improvement actions as needed;

• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost product adoption and enhance the overall customer experience, collaborating with Clicksign’s Solutions and Product teams to share insights;

• Follow up on and document customer requests through the company’s official communication channels;

• Promote the adoption of our solutions and services by presenting best practices and creating strategies aimed at achieving the customer’s desired outcomes;

• Oversee the performance of high-complexity customers in utilizing products and services, monitoring customer success criteria and anticipating potential challenges;

• Generate and present reports tracking key customer indicators when necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field;

• Experience in customer service and management of large corporate accounts;

• Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to manage and deliver on key metrics;

• Proficient in presentation and analysis tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, Google Sheets);

• Prior experience in the SaaS industry;

• Familiarity with HubSpot.
