This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Facilitate onboarding and provide role-specific training for clients and users;
• Assist clients across various platforms (WhatsApp, support software, email, etc.);
• Proactively manage your assigned client portfolio with personalized attention;
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the routines under your supervision;
• Create periodic and performance reports;
• Implement solutions and enhancements;
• Be prepared to manage multiple products and projects.
• Collaborate effectively within a team;
• Familiarity with support software (video conferencing, email, ticketing systems, etc.);
• Demonstrate proactivity;
• Previous experience in B2B customer support;
• Fluent in English or Spanish;
• Experience in technology companies.
• 100% remote work.
