This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries and offering support through email, phone, and chat.
β’ Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our offerings.
β’ Assist clients in establishing new accounts, providing quotes, and overseeing their shipments.
β’ Identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally.
β’ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of client matters.
β’ Actively seek ways to enhance our processes and services, providing constructive feedback to the team.
β’ Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure accurate client information is kept in our database.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
β’ At least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a remote or call center setting.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
β’ Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software.
β’ Familiarity with the logistics and transportation industry is a plus.
