This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Act as the main point of contact for patients and attorneys concerning billing inquiries and issues.
• Manage incoming calls from patients, attorneys, insurance entities, and other callers.
• Address billing issues and provide answers to inquiries.
• Listen attentively and convey outcomes or processes related to the revenue cycle.
• Comprehend and implement payor and state regulations as well as client information.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A High School diploma or a general education degree (GED) is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant healthcare and/or call center experience is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Capability to learn swiftly and achieve department production and quality objectives.
• Familiarity with and proficiency in Customer Service department policies and procedures.
• Understanding of medical insurance terminology.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
