This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Manage both incoming and outgoing customer communications (calls, emails, case management)
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding bookings, modifications, and general support
• Deliver professional and empathetic communication, particularly during escalations
• Precisely record all interactions in internal systems
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain service quality and achieve resolutions
• Remain informed about processes, tools, and updates to the platform
• Proficient Spanish language skills (C2)
• Competent English for internal communications
• Prior experience in customer service or call center roles
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Capability to multitask and manage several cases at once
• Comfortable working in a fully remote setting
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sectors
• Background in technical or platform support
• Knowledge of remote collaboration tools
• Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection (preferably LAN), Desktop or laptop (Windows 11 or macOS 14 minimum), Minimum 8GB RAM, Wired USB headset
