This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +26 more states.
• Manage Customer Service Responsibilities: Handling payments, due dates, payoffs, and account updates.
• Execute ACH Requests and offer payoff estimates.
• Conduct soft collections: (1-45 days overdue) and establish repayment plans.
• Utilize Skip Tracing tools to find and refresh customer information.
• Success Metrics: Quality: 90% or higher customer interaction score.
• Compliance: 92% or greater adherence to scheduled shifts and breaks.
• Efficiency: Maintain an average handling time of under 400 seconds.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a High-Volume Contact Center: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a busy call center.

• Stable Pay: Hourly wage with no sales quotas. ($20/hr plus additional for late shifts and Saturdays.)
