This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +4 more states.
β’ Effectively manage incoming and outgoing calls from Sanford Health members, providers, and colleagues, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
β’ Rapidly evaluate the complexity of cases and provide solutions or facilitate the escalation of inquiries as necessary.
β’ Deliver consistent and positive customer experiences by striving for excellence in understanding and addressing specific requests while demonstrating patience, empathy, compassion, and sincerity.
β’ Address customer inquiries through inbound and outbound phone calls as well as written correspondence.
β’ Collaborate with other Sanford Health departments as needed to coordinate responses to inquiries that require in-depth research, ensuring customer satisfaction regarding member and provider queries.
β’ Accurately document interactions for effective tracking and analysis.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a bachelor's degree is highly desirable.
β’ At least one year of experience in customer service is required.
β’ Proficient general computer skills, including the ability to utilize a range of Microsoft products (MS Office, Outlook/Exchange).
β’ Strong organizational skills and proficient problem-solving abilities.
