πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Effectively manage incoming and outgoing calls from Sanford Health members, providers, and colleagues, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.

β€’ Rapidly evaluate the complexity of cases and provide solutions or facilitate the escalation of inquiries as necessary.

β€’ Deliver consistent and positive customer experiences by striving for excellence in understanding and addressing specific requests while demonstrating patience, empathy, compassion, and sincerity.

β€’ Address customer inquiries through inbound and outbound phone calls as well as written correspondence.

β€’ Collaborate with other Sanford Health departments as needed to coordinate responses to inquiries that require in-depth research, ensuring customer satisfaction regarding member and provider queries.

β€’ Accurately document interactions for effective tracking and analysis.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a bachelor's degree is highly desirable.

β€’ At least one year of experience in customer service is required.

β€’ Proficient general computer skills, including the ability to utilize a range of Microsoft products (MS Office, Outlook/Exchange).

β€’ Strong organizational skills and proficient problem-solving abilities.
