This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Manage a significant volume of live chat interactions and incoming emails.
• Assess and understand customers’ needs to ensure their satisfaction.
• Deliver accurate, valid, and comprehensive information.
• Address complaints, offer suitable solutions and options within set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go above and beyond to engage with customers.
• Over 1 year of demonstrated customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative.
• Strong proficiency in using IT for professional purposes and the ability to manage somewhat technical inquiries from customers.
• Outstanding written communication skills and effective listening abilities.
• Capability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain sector is a significant advantage.
• Multilingual proficiency is a considerable plus.
• Fluent in both English and German.
• **Availability to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.**
