This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver voice-based customer support with a compassionate and human touch
• Promote our financial offerings to align with the needs of customers
• Meet and surpass sales objectives
• Greet customers, address inquiries, and manage requests with exceptional care
• Completed high school diploma
• Willingness to work a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday)
• Internet connection with at least 100 Mbps speed and a wired Ethernet setup for desktop use
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Strong active listening skills and capacity to assess customer needs
• Effective time management and task prioritization abilities
• Initiative and a desire to make a positive impact
