This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Respond to incoming phone calls, live chat inquiries, and written communications.
• Resolve any issues related to the consumer product effectively.
• Assist customers with questions regarding orders, product details, and shipping information.
• Accurately and efficiently process refunds and replacements.
• Address quality complaints while upholding customer service standards.
• Provide a high-quality, empathetic customer experience across all communication channels.
• Continuously update knowledge of all company products, services, and promotional offerings.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
• Capability to multitask and efficiently navigate various systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Must exhibit professionalism and courtesy in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with smartphone technologies and the ability to switch between multiple software applications.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• A college degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Deliver customer service for some of the nation's leading brands.
• Company-provided equipment, including a laptop and accessories.
