This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Collaborate with order release and fulfillment systems utilizing Shopify and proprietary platforms.
• Oversee and implement return processing through an integrated system.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls and emails regarding all aspects of: Sales order processing, Return Goods Authorization (RGA), and general product knowledge.
• Uphold a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers at all times.
• Communicate and escalate any issues or concerns to brand management as necessary.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Matric Certificate (Grade 12) or its equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service within the eCommerce sector.
• Proficient spoken and written English skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Strong computer skills – general knowledge of PC/Mac and Microsoft Office applications.
• Capability to multi-task and efficiently manage multiple customer interactions.
• Familiarity with Shopify Plus and customer support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, etc.
• Must be available to work a 40-hour week on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Required: A reliable internet connection, a personal computer, and a backup power source such as a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply).
