Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Assist customers both inside and outside a U-Haul center with various U-Haul products and services.

• Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to oversee rentals and manage inventory.

• Move and connect U-Haul trucks and trailers as needed.

• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels.

• Respond to inquiries and provide education to customers regarding products and services.

• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment from rentals.

• Install hitches and trailer wiring as required.

• Fill propane (certification will be provided by U-Haul upon employment).

• Operate a forklift (certification will be provided by U-Haul upon employment).

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Engage in continuous education through U-Haul University.

• A valid driver’s license with the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
