Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Support customers at a U-Haul center by providing assistance with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the facility.

• Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to handle rentals and manage inventory.

• Move and connect U-Haul trucks and trailers as needed.

• Clean and inspect the equipment available on the lot, which includes checking fluid levels.

• Respond to inquiries and educate customers about various products and services offered.

• Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment from rentals.

• Install hitches and trailer wiring as required.

• Fill propane tanks (certification will be provided by U-Haul upon employment).

• Operate a forklift (certification will be provided by U-Haul upon employment).

• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

• Engage in continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
