This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
• Respond to both outbound and inbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Adhere to defined workflows and meet scheduled expectations for call handling.
• Address patient concerns with empathy and resolve issues according to established protocols.
• Record interactions in real-time while ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate actively in compensated virtual training sessions.
• Achieve monthly performance targets.
• Engage in ongoing learning and feedback mechanisms.
• Manage consecutive calls throughout the duration of your shift.
• Ensure a distraction-free home office setup.
• Utilize a wired Ethernet connection with the company-issued computer.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• No prior experience is necessary.
• Previous experience in a healthcare customer service call center is highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, structured work environment.
• Strong skills in problem-solving and making real-time decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Capability to navigate multiple systems concurrently.
• Dedication to attending all training sessions without exception.
• Consistent attendance is required during the initial 90 days.
• Candidates must reside in Georgia, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Idaho, or Washington.
• A distraction-free home workspace is essential.
• A wired broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.
• Wi-Fi, mobile, or hotspot connections are not permitted.
• Ability to uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations is crucial.
