Customer Service Representative

📋 Description

• Address and respond to customer inquiries, collecting and processing relevant data.

• Investigate and resolve issues while ensuring data integrity is maintained.

• Offer document support and manage imaging tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a computer-based customer service role, or a combination of 1 year in computer-based customer service and 1 year in cloud support, is required.

• A collaborative team player with exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Basic familiarity with computer software and office systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
