This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls across various portfolios
• Utilize several web-based applications for investigation and verification purposes
• Provide accurate and prompt responses to inquiries from current and prospective customers
• Communicate the appropriate actions to clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Establish customer confidence in Propel's services by acting as a subject matter expert
• Collaborate with the team to achieve both individual and team objectives
• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
• Exceptional customer service abilities: skilled in building rapport with clients and managing escalated calls
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet usage
• Capable of prioritizing tasks, managing high call volumes while maintaining a professional and personable demeanor
