This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
β’ Responsible for providing inbound and/or outbound telephone-based customer service; ensures first call and/or email resolution, de-escalates calls, and educates callers through clear and precise information exchange.
β’ Follow up, resolve, and document issues promptly.
β’ Direct inquiries that require additional investigation to the relevant department and perform routine research as necessary.
β’ Handle highly sensitive information while adhering to Personal Protected Information (PPI) regulations.
β’ High School Diploma or GED. (Required)
β’ Minimum of two years of customer service experience in related fields (Required).
β’ Capable of defusing conflict and effectively addressing customer concerns with empathy and respect.
β’ Proven recent experience with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software platforms, including the ability to navigate multiple screens and systems simultaneously while providing live call support.
β’ Ability to adjust communication style to suit diverse audiences.
β’ Availability to work various shifts based on quality metrics (if shift bid applies).
