Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Responsible for providing inbound and/or outbound telephone-based customer service; ensures first call and/or email resolution, de-escalates calls, and educates callers through clear and precise information exchange.

• Follow up, resolve, and document issues promptly.

• Direct inquiries that require additional investigation to the relevant department and perform routine research as necessary.

• Handle highly sensitive information while adhering to Personal Protected Information (PPI) regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED. (Required)

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience in related fields (Required).

• Capable of defusing conflict and effectively addressing customer concerns with empathy and respect.

• Proven recent experience with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software platforms, including the ability to navigate multiple screens and systems simultaneously while providing live call support.

• Ability to adjust communication style to suit diverse audiences.

• Availability to work various shifts based on quality metrics (if shift bid applies).
