Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist homeschooling families by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

• Offer personalized guidance to ensure a smooth experience.

• Utilize CRM systems and provide effective communication.

• Aid families in making informed choices that align with their educational objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, along with at least 1 year of customer service experience; or a suitable combination of education and experience.

• Knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers.

• Capability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time efficiently.

• Commitment to providing outstanding service by addressing customer concerns with care and expertise.

• Strong organizational skills and efficiency, with the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and dedication.

• Availability to work during the essential peak period from August 1 – September 30, with no planned PTO during this time frame.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while taking ownership of responsibilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
