Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the intermediary between clients, sales teams, and production units.

• Address customer inquiries related to printing for prospective, ongoing, and completed orders.

• Engage with customers via telephone, online chat, email, or face-to-face regarding their printing needs.

• Gather production specifications for printing tasks.

• Fill out pre-production order specification details outlining print job parameters.

• Oversee the preparation of written quotes and proposals.

• Keep daily production schedules current and note any deviations.

• Respond to inquiries about job status, estimates, orders, modifications, and complaints.

• Keep sales personnel updated on job status and any issues that arise.

• Provide customers with shipment confirmations.

• Ensure the work area and equipment are maintained in a clean state.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, safety protocols, and relevant laws.

• Carry out other assigned tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or three to six months of relevant experience and/or training in print processes; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proficient in work planning and scheduling.

• Strong judgment regarding color, design, and print quality.

• Dependable, responsible, and capable of following instructions effectively.

• Ability to see and hear, read and write.

• Skills in adapting, analyzing, assessing, calculating, making decisions, demonstrating reliability and sound judgment, reading, speaking, following directions, managing multiple priorities, and reasoning.

• Must be a resident of Texas.

• Capability to meet the specified physical demands, including lifting, standing, walking, sitting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, bending, twisting, crawling, stooping, and reaching.
