Customer Service Representative – 1-Year Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire order lifecycle, ensuring precise entry, monitoring, and timely delivery.

• Regularly update customers on their order progress, shipping details, and tracking information.

• Anticipate potential supply chain disruptions and suggest practical alternatives to customers.

• Deliver professional phone support to assess customer needs, fulfill requests, and promote the company’s offerings.

• Apply Brand Service Strategies and actively implement new initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Record and monitor order statuses, customer inquiries, and responses in the organization's computer systems.

• Assess and address customer complaints in a professional manner.

• Handle product and pricing escalations, coordinating with other departments as needed.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales department to achieve mutual revenue and business objectives.

• Carry out additional customer service-related duties and operational tasks as assigned.

• Relevant experience in a customer service environment.

• Quick learner who can work efficiently and effectively.

• Strong sense of teamwork.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Customer-focused mindset.

• Ability to analyze and resolve problems.

• Strong inclination for continuous improvement and results-driven.

• Understanding of automation concepts to enhance efficiency.

• Full business proficiency in Turkish and English, both written and verbal.

• Skilled in computer operations and MS Office, with strong data analysis capabilities.
