This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver voice-based customer support to clients in a compassionate and personalized manner, aiming for tailored solutions that address their needs;
• Proactively showcase and recommend our financial products and services with the objective of fostering customer loyalty and achieving optimal outcomes;
• Meet and surpass sales goals, with potential to earn rewards based on performance;
• Greet customers, address inquiries, and manage requests with exceptional service, ensuring total customer satisfaction.
• High school diploma (Completed)
• Previous sales experience is advantageous
• Must be available to work a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday)
• Internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps and wired Ethernet for desktop usage
