Customer Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Responsible for maintaining all models related to Ultrasound Modality Equipment within the designated area.

• Conducting system-wide troubleshooting on intricate multi-symptom issues.

• Timely completion of all administrative duties.

• Guarantees the prompt finalization of FMIs (Field Modification Instructions) and PMS (Prevent to Maintain Service) inspection documentation for assigned accounts.

• Fostering a conceptual understanding of the professional discipline.

• May involve support roles requiring specialized expertise or technical knowledge within a broad spectrum.

• Possesses general business knowledge acquired through education or relevant experience.

• Recognizes how the work of their team contributes to the overall area.

• Addresses issues by utilizing established protocols.

• Seeks guidance from supervisors or more experienced team members for matters outside defined instructions or parameters.

• Engages in collaboration with others to resolve challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of field experience in Ultrasound Modality is preferred.

• Knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma coupled with relevant experience).
