This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the initial contact point, guiding customers from the completion of their order to the handover of their vehicle.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments to research the current status of orders and ensure the seamless delivery of our vehicles.
• Continuously maintain an overview of outstanding tasks and assist in prioritizing them alongside the team.
• Facilitate the timely delivery of customers' new cars — utilizing our specialized glass truck to deliver directly to their doorstep!
• Previous experience in dialogue marketing, call center operations, or personal customer service is preferred.
• A passion for customer interaction, combined with a structured, reliable, and solution-focused approach to work.
• A collaborative spirit and a hands-on attitude are essential.
• A positive outlook and a strong dedication to achieving your set objectives.
• Proficiency in German (both spoken and written) is required; English skills are a plus, along with a confident use of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
