Customer Service Associate – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist customers through voice and chat channels utilizing Amazon Connect.

• Provide a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy, patience, and effective communication.

• Address customer concerns using AWS tools, particularly Amazon Connect and Connect Assistant, adhering to established call protocols.

• Document interactions accurately and manage necessary follow-ups.

• Manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic call center environment.

• Collaborate with colleagues and escalate complex issues when required.

• Work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Engage in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• A quiet, distraction-free home workspace is essential.

• Proficiency in using web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.

• Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems, windows, and monitors.

• Professional fluency in English (CERF C1 or higher).

• Must reside in an approved state*.

• Home Internet connection requirements include:

• 30 Mbps download speed.

• 15 Mbps upload speed.

• 100 ms ping or less.

• Only Cable, Fiber, or DSL connections are acceptable (no mobile broadband, hotspots, satellite, or point-to-point connections).

• WiFi is permitted; a wired connection is necessary if WiFi becomes unstable.

• Successful candidates will need to complete and pass a CLEAR™ identity verification as part of the pre-employment screening process.

• Ability to enroll in and utilize Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via Okta with Microsoft Authenticator for secure access to company systems.
