Customer Service and Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Support individuals in comprehending their coverage options and choosing the most suitable products, services, and solutions tailored to their personal requirements.

• Deliver comprehensive customer service and sales throughout the entire lifecycle, which may involve handling inbound calls or making outbound calls for follow-up purposes.

• Address customer questions with empathy and attentive listening, selecting the most effective solutions in a timely manner.

• Recognize additional needs that customers may have and assist them in upgrading their products or services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong willingness, self-discipline, and determination to learn what is required to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing examination.

• Access to high-speed internet (greater than 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).

• At least six (6) months of sales experience.

• Commitment to uphold HIPAA regulations in maintaining patient privacy, just as you would want for your own private information.

• Strong customer service orientation, characterized by empathy, compassion, and effective listening skills.

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient computer navigation skills and experience, as this position is fully remote.
