This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
β’ Support individuals in comprehending their coverage options and choosing the most suitable products, services, and solutions tailored to their personal requirements.
β’ Deliver comprehensive customer service and sales throughout the entire lifecycle, which may involve handling inbound calls or making outbound calls for follow-up purposes.
β’ Address customer questions with empathy and attentive listening, selecting the most effective solutions in a timely manner.
β’ Recognize additional needs that customers may have and assist them in upgrading their products or services.
β’ A strong willingness, self-discipline, and determination to learn what is required to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing examination.
β’ Access to high-speed internet (greater than 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).
β’ At least six (6) months of sales experience.
β’ Commitment to uphold HIPAA regulations in maintaining patient privacy, just as you would want for your own private information.
β’ Strong customer service orientation, characterized by empathy, compassion, and effective listening skills.
β’ A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ Proficient computer navigation skills and experience, as this position is fully remote.
β’ Complimentary licensing course (and you will be compensated for your time as well).
β’ All state licensing exam fees covered by the company, along with yearly license renewal provided by TTEC as your employer.
β’ A base wage of $16/hour while preparing for your state exam. Upon obtaining your license, you will receive a pay increase and become eligible for performance-based bonuses.
