This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage customer interactions with an emphasis on retaining subscribers who are considering cancellation;
• Deliver customer support through various channels including phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
• High school diploma required; ongoing university education is a plus;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or customer retention is preferred;
• Familiarity with digital tools and communication channels;
• Capability to navigate different customer service systems;
• Show adaptability and a strong commitment to achieving results;
• Focus on problem-solving, exceptional negotiation abilities, and dedication to outstanding customer service;
• Must be a resident of Porto Alegre and/or the adjacent Metropolitan Region.
