This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Serve as a primary contact for customers in German-speaking regions and throughout Europe.

• Deliver professional, friendly, and effective assistance via various communication channels.

• Ensure that every customer interaction showcases the company’s dedication to exceptional service.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve problems promptly.

• Provide support throughout the entire customer journey.

• Help sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent German language skills (both written and spoken).

• Strong communication abilities in English.

• Prior experience in customer service, customer support, contact centers, help desks, or client services.

• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls.

• Familiarity with managing email and ticket-based support systems.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• High levels of empathy, professionalism, and patience.

• Proficient in using CRM and customer support software.

• Reliable internet connection and appropriate home-office setup.

• Experience in assisting European customers.

• Background in e-commerce, online marketplaces, retail, or technology sectors.

• Interest in photography, videography, creative technology, or specialized equipment markets.

• Experience in multilingual or international work environments.
