Customer Service Agent, Dutch – Morning Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Provide customer service via email, phone, or social media to address any incidents that may arise.

• Manage incoming calls, chats, and customer service inquiries efficiently.

• Deliver accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing appropriate methods and tools.

• Address customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes; follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and organize documents.

• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.

• Go the extra mile to engage and satisfy customers.

• As the resolution of incidents varies, concurrent work for the Department of Operations will also be undertaken.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service roles is highly regarded.

• Familiarity with Zendesk is preferred.

• Proficient in Dutch (both oral and written) and fluent in either Spanish or English.

• Capable of planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be a solution-oriented and dependable professional.

• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional time-management abilities.

• Adaptable and flexible, able to handle rapid changes effectively.

• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Be decisive and well-organized.
