This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Serve as the initial point of contact (Phone/Email & Live Chat) for our clients.
• Coordinate with GP practices to request prescriptions and address inquiries.
• Perform regular administrative duties, including managing clinicians' schedules and undertaking quality improvement tasks.
• Create content for the knowledge center.

• Proven experience as a customer service advisor.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and capable of analyzing and resolving issues.
• Familiarity with Zendesk would be advantageous.
