Customer Relationship Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to devise strategies focused on marketing and promotional initiatives that encourage consumer shopping both online and in-store.

• Oversee client expectations and manage website modifications to align with the overall business strategy of the client.

• Maintain regular and timely communication with clients, including prompt responses to emails, phone calls, voicemails, and coordination of meetings.

• Facilitate and lead webinars and conference calls with clients and field representatives as necessary.

• Assist in defining promotional content and coordinating necessary adjustments to websites and digital platforms.

• Conduct monthly evaluations of client websites and monitor progress on the priorities established collaboratively.

• Provide training and support to clients on utilizing our products and tools, ensuring they recognize all available resources to enhance their business.

• Address requests to resolve technical issues on websites and escalate concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 3-5 years of experience in Account Management and Marketing; experience in an agency setting is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and organizational abilities.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail; adept at maintaining accuracy while managing multiple customer projects simultaneously.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-oriented environment.

• Strong skills in project and time management.

• Proficient at finding solutions and offering effective alternatives as needed.

• Familiarity with advertising, digital marketing, social media, creative services, production, retail, and e-commerce.

• A strong commitment to customer service, demonstrating empathy and compassion towards our clients.

• Ability to think critically and tackle complex problems.

• Experience with Google Analytics.

• Preferred experience with HTML, CSS, and/or Java.
