This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee customer-oriented collection planning, scheduling deconfliction, and reporting activities within the Satellite Operations Team.
• Guarantee timely data acquisition and delivery across Muon’s missions in alignment with customer specifications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure proper prioritization of collection efforts.
• Establish standard procedures for collection planning, performance monitoring, and reporting that can be scaled across Muon’s existing and future missions.
• Conduct capacity planning for the Customer Operations team and design onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Ensure that customer inquiries are resolved accurately and within the specified response timeframe.
• Over 7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position, such as technical account management, solutions architecture, or professional services.
• Proven experience in leading teams, including hiring, mentoring, and scaling to fulfill business requirements.
• Demonstrated capability in developing customer-focused processes and strategies that are adaptable in a rapidly growing environment.
• Experience managing relationships with complex clients in high-pressure settings (e.g., defense, aerospace, or government).
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, with the skill to convey intricate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic environment with new challenges each week.
