This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-channel marketing services strategy encompassing SEO & AI Search, PPC, Paid Social, and Marketing Account Management functions to stimulate growth and enhance retention.
• Spearhead the advancement of marketing service offerings by integrating AI-driven solutions to boost performance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Manage the creation of customer-facing strategies to ensure consistent delivery of measurable ROI and alignment with customer objectives.
• Convert business priorities into clear strategic initiatives, ensuring their adoption and execution across all teams.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the Marketing Account Management and Paid Social teams across all markets, cultivating a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Provide clear guidance, coaching, and accountability frameworks to ensure adherence to commercial and strategic goals.
• Identify skills gaps and devise development plans to future-proof team capabilities, especially in AI and evolving marketing channels.
• Take ownership of new business development across all marketing service channels (SEO & AI search, paid social, PPC, and website development), from opportunity identification to pitching and closing deals.
• Seek and pursue opportunities for service expansion and innovation, positioning Keyloop as a leader in the market.
• Support market expansion by tailoring strategies to regional opportunities and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing initiatives.
• Ensure seamless integration between marketing services and Keyloop’s Fusion ecosystem to maximize customer value.
• Promote strong internal communication to guarantee alignment, efficiency, and shared ownership of customer outcomes.
• Define and implement KPIs across all marketing services, focusing on revenue growth, retention, and performance efficiency.
• Establish clear reporting frameworks that illustrate customer value, including performance insights, attribution (where feasible), and commercial impact.
• Utilize data-driven insights to shape strategy, optimize performance, and uncover new growth opportunities.
• Deliver regular, high-quality reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, aiding in business planning and decision-making.
• Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing and customer marketing management, preferably within automotive, technology, or agency settings.
• Proven success in driving growth through multi-channel marketing strategies, including SEO & AI Search, PPC, and social media advertising.
• Strong commercial awareness, with experience in identifying and converting new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
• In-depth knowledge of digital campaign strategy, optimization, and performance marketing, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficient in essential marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Semrush), with the capability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing and nurturing high-performing teams.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, analyze trends, and make informed decisions.
• Awareness of emerging trends in AI and its applications within digital marketing (e.g., automation, AI-driven search, or campaign optimization), with a readiness to incorporate these into marketing strategies.
