Customer Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Drive profitable sales growth for Mars business clients

• Foster strong customer relationships and implement customer strategies

• Develop and implement customer solutions for seasonal placements, shelving, merchandising, and pricing

• Persuade customers with data-driven presentations

• Successfully launch new products with timely and effective execution

• Carry out agreed customer solutions with precise forecasting and thorough follow-up

• Oversee customer trade funds while adhering to internal and external regulations

• Offer category insights and suggestions for category expansion

• Gather customer feedback and propose potential improvements

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field

• Over 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector

• Previous experience in Retail Account Management

• Strong understanding of forecasting, Nielsen, and trade management systems

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
