• Formulate retention strategies utilizing AI technologies.

• 3-5 years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing positions.

• Practical experience with AI tools (LLMs, agents, or automation platforms).

• Strong skills in Excel and SQL.

• Proficient in email management platforms (e.g., SmartLead, Customer.io).

• Outstanding copywriting abilities.
