This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Create and execute lifecycle programs encompassing onboarding, adoption, renewal, and churn risk management.
• Develop automated workflows triggered by customer actions, product usage, and CRM information.
• Establish and sustain customer health scoring frameworks utilizing product, CRM, and support data.
• Identify and implement trigger-based signals for churn risk, opportunities for expansion, and gaps in product adoption.
• Manage the engagement strategy for low-ARR customers (Tier 3–4) through automation, minimizing dependence on manual outreach.
• Develop self-service initiatives, including training and onboarding materials, product adoption campaigns, and renewal notifications.
• Oversee lifecycle automation within HubSpot and related systems; guarantee that the CRM serves as the primary record for customer engagement and lifecycle oversight.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate product usage data into lifecycle initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Support, and Services to synchronize automation with account strategies and enhance customer outcomes.
• Monitor and report on adoption rates, retention, and churn patterns (particularly focusing on Tier 3–4 NRR), along with engagement in lifecycle programs; provide monthly reports and insights.
• 5–7+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, RevOps, or Customer Growth roles.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI to design or manage customer lifecycle workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing lifecycle automation programs from the ground up (not just executing existing campaigns).
• Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue settings.
• Background in supporting a scaled customer portfolio (250+ customers across various tiers).
• Strong systems thinking skills and the ability to design scalable workflows.
• Comprehensive understanding of the customer lifecycle (onboarding → adoption → renewal → expansion).
• Capability to convert customer data into actionable automation initiatives.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo or similar).
• Experience in integrating data across various systems (CRM, product, support).
