Customer Expert I – Inglés Intermedio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer service to consumers of a department store (Retail) through calls and written communication in English, maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor.

• Demonstrate knowledge and appropriate use of the department's resources, policies, and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Must be of legal age (18 years old).

• Valid identification documents.

• Intermediate proficiency in the English language (English screening will be conducted via phone).

• Availability to work remotely (applies to Lima and provinces).

• Availability for training from Monday to Friday (40 hours).

• Availability to work 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday (1 day off).
