This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Assist customers by addressing inquiries, providing clear and friendly guidance, and delivering effective solutions across various service scenarios.

• Focus on understanding the client's needs, handling information responsibly, and ensuring a positive experience in every interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed high school diploma.

• No prior work experience is necessary.

• Work availability: TRN: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | weekends off / Operations: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM // 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM // 9:00 AM - 8:30 PM | 2 days off.

• Residency: National.
