This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Become an expert in AgelessRx products by guiding and educating customers on their journey towards longevity.
• Complete additional training in subject matter expertise as assigned.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective and existing patients promptly, efficiently, and thoroughly to enhance satisfaction.
• Support patients in achieving positive outcomes by gathering feedback, offering advanced product/service assistance, and collaborating with medical providers.
• Proactively identify patient inquiries that necessitate clinical or provider insights, and escalate these matters as needed.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the customer experience infrastructure.
• Assist in refining company processes and improving internal customer experience efficiency.
• Collaborate with pharmacy partners and relevant vendors to ensure timely delivery of prescriptions and/or services.
• Aid in updating patient medical records as required.
• Engage in departmental growth initiatives to expand our service offerings as necessary.
• Provide administrative support for various medical projects, including small clinical trials.
• A minimum of 2 years in a client-facing position.
• Certification as a health coach (such as NBHWC) or prior education and/or experience in a health coaching program.
• Educational background and/or professional experience in health, wellness, or a related discipline.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Effective time management skills while juggling multiple tasks.
• Availability to work consistently between 11am and 8pm EST, Monday through Friday.
