This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Support customers by providing products and services tailored to their requirements.

• Advocate for Vivo's offerings with the aim of expanding our customer base.

• Clarify the advantages of consolidating all telecommunications and digital services onto a single bill.

• Evaluate customers' needs and suggest appropriate products and services for each individual.

• Generate customer interest in subscribing to our range of products and services.

• Enhance customers' connectivity options through the promotion of digital services.

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.

• Propose improvements to service procedures and corrections to our operational processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service is mandatory.

• Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to transform problem-resolution interactions into sales opportunities.

• Capability to communicate in a casual and informal style.

• Must be resilient, organized, and capable of meeting targets.

• Excellent listening skills and empathy to grasp customer needs effectively.

• Genuine interest in technology.

• View changes as opportunities for improvement.

• Contribute positively to the work environment.

• Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office is essential.

• A high school diploma is required.

• A home internet connection with a minimum speed of 300 Mbps is required.

• Must have full availability to work a 6 hour 20 minute shift rotation (Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Monday), between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
