Customer Experience Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• You will assist in analyzing data for the department, contributing to decision-making based on information.

• You will support the creation, implementation, and management of Customer Experience projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.

• You will support the Core department, which includes ERP products, Payroll, and Accounting in Latam, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are a university student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• You must have the approval to undertake internships.

• Knowledge in data cross-analysis, information analysis, and project execution is required.

• Proficiency in Query tools, SQL, and intermediate Excel is necessary.

• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and AI (virtual assistant) is a plus.

• Excellent internet connectivity is essential.
