This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Accurately process financial transactions
• Analyze and identify customer requirements for banking solutions
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Meet assigned targets by promoting banking products
• Build personal connections with customers and provide appropriate advice
• Support the team by respecting colleagues and keeping everyone informed
• High School diploma and/or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• An undergraduate degree or its equivalent is preferred
• Excellent administrative, organizational, planning, and time management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Capacity to take initiative while being precise and detail-oriented
