This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Serve as the voice of the Ollie brand to both current and potential customers.
• Provide an unforgettable customer experience that fosters long-lasting relationships with our pups and their pet parents.
• Oversee customer interactions across various channels, including emails, phone calls, our order management system, and more!
• Diligently track and assess customer feedback and engagement.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at achieving our CX Vision of establishing a world-class, genuinely kind customer experience.
• Assist in the development of agents not only in meeting their KPIs and fulfilling their roles but also in their career growth.
• Create and lead projects and initiatives designed to enhance the Ollie experience in Canine Care and beyond!
• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Prior experience in customer-focused roles (retail, food service, etc.).
• Experience with pets or health foods is preferred.
• Familiarity with Gladly or a similar platform is a plus.
• A desire to work in a pet-friendly, fast-paced environment.
