Customer Excellence Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete order process, starting from submission through to the delivery of the final product.

• Conduct thorough feasibility studies for satellite imagery, ensuring that all customer requirements are fulfilled.

• Strategically plan satellite resources for the acquisition of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images.

• Carry out quality control on SAR images to uphold high standards.

• Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (including satellite operators, sales, analytics, and product software) to resolve project and customer-related challenges.

• Provide management with reports on key performance metrics and any anomalies.

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with customers, acting as the primary contact for order-related inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Remote Sensing, Aerospace, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in customer excellence, account management, or a customer-facing operations role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work shifts (night shifts are not required).
