Customer Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive product training (both onsite and virtual) for educators and administrators to effectively utilize our products and services in the classroom, ensuring positive outcomes for their students.

• Contribute to long-term initiatives within the product enablement team by engaging in content reviews, developing content, and exploring product use cases.

• Develop program support documentation, instructional guides, training materials, and other resources to promote teacher adherence to best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience in public education environments.

• Over 2 years of experience in providing training, support, and coaching within school contexts.

• Ability to demonstrate strong independence in executing trained tasks.

• Capable of working effectively in a remote work setting.

• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.

• Exceptional presentation skills for customer-facing interactions.

• Proactive in identifying potential issues and delivering swift solutions.

• Willingness to travel to support districts onsite and within classrooms.
