Customer Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive product training (both onsite and virtual) for educators and administrators to ensure effective use of our products and services in the classroom, ultimately enhancing student outcomes.

• Contribute to long-term initiatives within the product enablement team by engaging in content reviews, developing training materials, and sharing product use cases.

• Develop program support documents, training walkthroughs, instructional content, and various media to guarantee teacher adherence to best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of experience in classroom teaching within public education environments.

• More than 2 years of experience in training, support, and coaching within educational settings.

• Proven ability to work independently on assigned tasks.

• Capable of functioning effectively in a remote work setting.

• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.

• Excellent presentation skills for customer-facing interactions.

• Ability to foresee challenges and deliver prompt solutions.

• Openness to travel to provide onsite support in school districts and classrooms.
