Customer Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive product training (both onsite and virtual) for educators and administrators.

• Engage in long-term initiatives within the product enablement team by participating in content reviews, developing content, and exploring product use cases.

• Develop program support documentation, guides, training materials, and other resources to ensure adherence by teachers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of teaching experience in public education environments.

• More than 2 years of experience in providing training, support, and coaching within school settings.

• Exhibit strong independent skills in tasks that have been trained.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.

• Exceptional presentation skills when interacting with customers.

• Capability to foresee issues and offer immediate resolutions.

• Openness to travel to support districts in person and within classrooms.
