
Customer Delivery Manager, Insurance Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• You will provide prospective customers with proof of concepts and serve as the main point of contact both prior to the product purchase and during the implementation phase.
• You will rapidly and successfully deploy our SaaS solution at customer locations, guiding them on how to use and operate the product, ensuring a seamless software go-live.
• After the go-live phase, you will assist with troubleshooting and respond to inquiries, establishing the groundwork for the customer's long-term success.
• You will take charge of project management and maintain communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external; regular meetings with the team will be conducted to keep everyone updated.
• When necessary, you will document requirements, customizations, and project progress.
• You possess a minimum of 4–5 years of experience working on technical projects or integrations, preferably at a SaaS provider in the insurance sector.
• You have a technical affinity, with a preference for a technical background.
• You are capable of establishing strong, trust-based relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• You are comfortable with project management and operate in a solution- and detail-oriented manner.
• Fluent business-level communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken, are essential; knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Familiarity with APIs, BPMN, SaaS platforms, AWS technologies, testing, requirements engineering, and the insurance industry is a plus.
• Consulting experience is a significant advantage.
• You have a curiosity and a desire to understand the insurance landscape and its processes.
• You are accustomed to working in a dynamic environment and are familiar with agile project management methodologies.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% within Switzerland and/or Germany (if applicable).
