This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey, +6 more countries.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through phone, chat, and email interactions.
• Establish strong and authentic connections with customers, particularly during difficult or sensitive circumstances.
• Actively engage in listening to comprehend customer needs, concerns, and underlying issues.
• Communicate effectively, confidently, and with empathy.
• Assume complete responsibility for customer inquiries and ensure timely resolutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers to confirm that issues have been resolved.
• Convert dissatisfied customers into loyal advocates.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate, monitor, and resolve complex issues.
• Accurately record customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems.
• Provide customer insights and feedback to facilitate ongoing improvements.
• Primarily assist customers via phone, while also engaging through chat and email as required.
• Operate within a 7-day support model, with scheduled shifts between 07:00 and 19:00 CET.
• Be available to work weekends once a month or every six weeks, with prior notice given.
• Native or fluent in Dutch or German, both written and spoken.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer care services.
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence for impactful customer interactions.
• A genuine empathy and desire to assist individuals.
• Resilience and calmness when addressing complaints or challenging conversations.
• A proactive approach with a strong ability to follow through.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Agile, adaptable, and invigorated by change.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and confidence in taking ownership.
• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services is preferred.
• Previous experience in phone-based customer support is advantageous.
• Availability for scheduled shifts between 07:00 and 19:00 CET.
• Willingness to work weekends once per month or every six weeks.
