Customer Care Representative – Seasonal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service via inbound calls, live chat, and email communications.

• Process product orders and address customer inquiries using various screens, systems, and websites.

• Assist customers, sales representatives, and management with order-related questions and issues.

• Evaluate, review, and handle customer return authorizations and credit requests.

• Keep customers informed about sales, promotions, issues, billing, and shipments.

• Offer technical and product information in response to customer questions.

• May provide service to customers through social media channels, warranty claims, and other special projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must live in Wisconsin or North Carolina.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be available to work 40 hours per week between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM CT or 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM ET.

• Strong computer proficiency is required.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

• A reliable internet connection is necessary.

• A quiet, distraction-free home workspace is essential.
